What to write about

A number looks wrong

This is the message we most want to receive. Tell us which panel, what it showed, and what you expected. A screenshot helps enormously. Data accuracy takes priority over every other kind of work here.

A panel will not load

Include your country and browser. Most loading failures come from exchange feeds being restricted in a particular region, and knowing where the problem appears tells us whether to add another fallback source.

Feature requests

Tell us the problem rather than the solution. "I cannot tell whether my stop is too close to liquidation" is more useful than "add a widget", because it often turns out an existing panel can be fixed to solve it.

Advertising

We sell standard display placements only. We do not publish paid articles, we do not accept sponsored links inside guides, and we do not promote tokens, presales or trading signal services at any price. If that suits your campaign, write with the format and duration you have in mind.

Press and research

Journalists and researchers are welcome to use figures from the site with attribution. If you need a specific dataset or a comment on methodology, ask and we will explain exactly where each number comes from.

What we cannot help with

• Recovering funds. Preflight never holds, moves or has access to anyone's money. If you have lost funds, contact your exchange and local authorities.
• Trading advice. We will not tell you what to buy, when to enter, or whether a position is a good idea.
• Account issues on other platforms. We have no relationship with any exchange and cannot act on your behalf.
